The Portrait Experience

2. Planning
We will start by planning your session via email/phone. We will plan your session based on your preferences, so the final images will have the look and feel you love. Full sessions can schedule a time to come in to the studio to style your session or for dress fitting.
3. Session
Your session will take place either in our Bismarck studio or at the perfect outdoor location. About 1-2 weeks after your session you will receive a watermarked gallery to choose your images from. You also have the option to meet in-person at ADP studio to view watermark-free images and let us assist you in creating stunning wall art and custom albums to beautifully display your portraits.
Newborn Sessions
Starting at $350
Newborns have unique needs, and it’s essential that you trust your baby to a photographer who understands how to safely handle them. You’ll want to ensure that your photographer is properly trained and knows the necessary precautions to take. At Angela Diane Photography, we are committed to ongoing education, safety, and the proper training needed to ensure the safest, most comfortable experience for your baby. Rest assured, we take the handling of your child very seriously and prioritize their well-being above all else.
Newborn sessions will be done in our Bismarck portrait studio and can last from 1-4 hours. We can focus on baby only or include siblings and family and even your dog. Angie has incredible patience and will capture the best sibling and family portraits even with a energetic toddler.
We are incredibly skilled with composite images, which is multiple images combined to create the perfect image. For example, if you look great in one photo but your child has the perfect smile in another of the same series we can combine them seamlessly to create that one perfect family photo. This is also how some newborn poses are done safely. The froggy pose for example, is created by capturing one photo with a hand gently supporting the baby’s head and another photo holding their arms and body. These images are then combined to give the illusion that the baby is holding themselves up independently.
Maternity Sessions
