Planning Your Studio Cake Smash Session
During our session planning, I’ll ask you about a theme or any colors you want to incorporate. If you have an idea in mind, great! If you don’t, I’m happy to offer some ideas that will make your session special. After we have the theme and colors in mind, we can plan out the session. Once I have the plan, I take care of everything.
Balloons – Based on our colors and theme, I create a custom balloon and garland backdrop for your baby’s big day!
Props – If our theme requires props, I’ll source these for the session. I already have a lot of props that we can work with if needed.
Wardrobe – My client wardrobe includes outfits for newborns, toddlers, and children. You get to shop my closet and choose the perfect outfit for the cake smash.
Your child’s cake smash session will be fun, memorable, and, most of all, stress-free. I handle all of the details so that you can just enjoy the experience with your baby.
Cake Smash Portrait Artwork
Some babies will love the cake and dig right in, while some need coaxing. It’s always adorable to see their reaction and watch them enjoy their birthday cake. You and your child will love looking at your cake smash session images. It’ll bring back fond memories of your child turning one.
My job isn’t over until your images are displayed in your home. After the session, I’m here to help you finalize your portrait artwork. Some clients love to create an album with images from their baby’s first year. Some clients love to print and hang their baby’s first-year portrait in their homes. I love it when clients create a family gallery wall that grows with them. We’re able to add cherished portrait artwork to the gallery wall over the years to tell their family’s story.
